In early 2001, the Company began operating from its 40-acre facility located just south of Gainesville, FL, at 27317 NW 78th Ave, High Springs, FL, 32643.

The property consists of rolling hills and pasture land. Century oaks and pine trees provide considerable shade, especially around the 2000 square foot building that serves at the Company's corporate office and laboratory. Four other 20' x 60' buildings are located about 300 yards away from the office buildings. These four buildings and a green house surround a central work area. All the buildings are air conditioned and suitable for light, clean-room type manufacturing.

Another large laboratory exists among the above mentioned complex of buildings. A very large autoclave is the dominating feature of this laboratory area. This lab and associated green house can be used for large scale sterilization (> 1000 lbs. at a time).

The Company is putting together a site-plan for future development of a research park on its 40-acres. For 2003, the Company has allocated approximately $25,000 to renovate the main office building and expand its existing conference room. This property represents more than half of CTD's asset base. The property values in this part of Florida have increased substantially in the last three years. The CTD property now has a value almost three times what is owed on it.
